The system is aimed at monitoring the ships and boats over the port. Manual operation for the cameras was made before the complex system was launched.
On the base of current monitoring systems, those devices are involved in the project , such as
radars,high-pixel speed dome cameras,box cameras as wel as IR(infrared)cameras at the SanShan fishing port ,Weihai fishing port and Dongpan fishing port.
On the base of the complex system , ships and boats will be shot by cameras in the form of pictures and recorded to reconize the identifications and locations of them.
Furthermore,illegal activities can be detected and shown on the digital geography screens in the form of a map.
