With the development of economy and telecommunication,it is much more urgent and important to keep everything in order over water. Therefore,present internet structures is urgently needed to improve for tracking and rescue into water area by a Maritime Safety Administration.
 The project of tracking from Maritime Safety Administration: The system we provide meet the needs of how to effeciently process,save and display the information of emergency-videos so as to easily administrate.

Application Details

        Aimed at coping with the emergency of ships such as accidents or oil spill ,the system is able to confirm the exact situation quickly and then launch the emergent plans in time,rescue team followingly to be distributed toward pointed location.Besides,all recorded information including videos,images ect will be sent back to the control center for analyze as well as take action. Moreover,the system can analyze the traffic statistics about ships at specific time interval and districts of port,for recognize important area through camera ,adjusting safety surveillance strategy and advancing the ability to respond to any emergency. In conclusion,the system is able to play back videos,analyze and save rescue experiment as data/information,improve the emergency plan,and enhance the efficiency for rescue events.
