The system works on the base of a set of devices such as radars,AIS,intelligent cameras,control access and mobile terminal devices
to reach the effects of recognizing dynamic objects ,data analysis, processing geographical information,warnings,tracking,data recording ect.
Solutions
Some improvements are needed in the current monitoring suitation. Obvious defects are shown below.
Manual operation is not able to ensure“the accurate location of the boats or ships”。
not able to ensure“the owners of ships or boats”。
not able to confirm“the authenticity of the fishing report given according to the regulation”。
not able to finding “the ships or boats involving in the fishing activities”。
not able to acquire“the dynamic information of the boats or ships”。
Eventually all five problems were solved one by one by taking the advantage of the complex monitoring system.
Features
(1)The exhibiton of the dynamic enviroment at the fishing port
The information of dynamic situations at fishing port and even how devices work is able to exhibited in the digital and planimetric map. Besides,
connecting hopspots also help to monitor the dynamic information in regard to the fishing port.
(2)Transmission of the data from the fishing ports
Daily statistic data from one day before will be sent through email or other channels .
(3)Identification recognitions
The system will automatically identify and take pictures when ships or boats pass the control access by virtue of radars and cameras.

(5)Speed dome camera works up to 360 angles
Speed dome cameras are installed at the specific high points at the ports . Partial dynamic information and high-pixel pictures
can be acquired by automatic adjustment of cameras in anyone selected screen.
